Aago (aago.ws) is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Aago and all of its users.

By registering on aago or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside aago's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Guidelines, and all other applicable policies. Each section may carry its own specific terms that apply in addition to these general terms.

To bet on Aago, you must create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Information required for registration:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your National ID or passport)
• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Permanent address

Each individual may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

Aago may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the aago platform. Registration or betting by minors is strictly prohibited.

Other eligibility requirements:

• The user must be a legal resident of Bangladesh
• You are not prohibited from online gaming by any court order
• You are registering of your own free will and in full mental capacity
• You are creating this account for yourself, not on behalf of any third party

Aago may request a copy of your National ID or passport to verify your age. Registration will not be completed if verification is unsuccessful.

Aago supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 BDT
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits
• If a deposit fails for any reason, contact support immediately

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–30 minutes
• Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Aago and must be followed at all times. Violations may result in bet cancellation or account suspension.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a live cash-out option is available)
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the related bet will be refunded
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, aago reserves the right to void the affected bets
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets across complementary markets on the same match to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited
• Any bets linked to match-fixing or misconduct of any kind will be voided and the associated account will be closed

For in-play or live betting, any bets already accepted at the time of a disconnection will remain valid. aago is not responsible for issues arising from a user's internet connection or device.

Aago offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own set of terms that must be met. These Terms & Conditions apply equally to all bonus activity.

General bonus terms:

• The welcome bonus is a one-time offer available to new members only
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering (rollover) requirements must be met
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days from the date of issue
• Any attempt to claim the same bonus using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled
• aago reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time

The following activities are strictly prohibited under Aago's Terms & Conditions. Any involvement in these activities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or any illegal activity
• Attempting to manipulate the system through hacking, scripts, or bots
• Accessing another person's account without authorization
• Deliberately exploiting software errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Harassing or misleading other users

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Aago may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• Closed at your own request or voluntarily for responsible gaming reasons

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user, unless it has been forfeited due to a breach of these Terms.

Aago makes every effort to keep its platform running without interruption. However, Aago will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Failure to place a bet due to loss of internet connection
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment systems
• Issues with the user's own device or software
• Unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure events

In the event of any dispute, aago's system logs will be considered the definitive record. If a user disagrees with a decision, they may seek resolution through our formal complaints process.

Aago reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
